By accessing and using CineTune, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Game Rules

CineTune is a daily movie soundtrack guessing game where:

• You have six attempts to guess the correct movie
• Each incorrect guess or skip reveals more of the soundtrack
• A new soundtrack is available each day
• Your streak and statistics are saved locally on your device

3. User Comments

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post comments. CineTune reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which it considers inappropriate. You agree that your comments will not:

• Contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Promote sexually explicit material
• Promote violence
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contain any material that could constitute or encourage conduct which would be considered a criminal offense
• Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

4. Intellectual Property

The game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software, is the property of CineTune and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The soundtracks used in the game are the property of their respective copyright holders.

5. Fair Use

The audio clips used in CineTune are brief excerpts used for educational and entertainment purposes, falling under fair use doctrine. All rights to the original soundtracks remain with their respective copyright holders.

6. Limitations

In no event shall CineTune be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CineTune's website. These Terms of Use and any rights to access CineTune may be terminated at any time without notice.

7. User Data

Your game progress and statistics are stored locally on your device. We do not store this information on our servers. You are responsible for any data loss that may occur due to browser data clearing or device changes.

8. Modifications

CineTune may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
